Leadership Training Series

February 25, 2020 - March 31, 2020

Program Description

Most managers dislike giving feedback to team members and therefore tend to avoid it or find it a challenge to keep the conversations productive and effective. Yet providing frequent feedback and coaching is directly connected to high team member engagement and enhanced performance.

In this highly interactive and hands-on two-part workshop, High Performance Coaching provides managers of all levels and experience with the key strategies, techniques, skills, and tools needed to identify team member strengths and opportunities and leverage a proven coaching model to prepare for and conduct effective coaching conversations.
Speaker Bio: Elise Kulak is a Relationship Manager at Impact Performance Group, Inc.
