Her technical background administrating banking systems and process improvement allows her to leverage technology to help solve many process inefficiencies.
Jay Jarrett

Jay provides business operations and technology consulting services across multiple industries and functional areas. He focuses primarily on manufacturing and technology intensive companies and, in particular, the aerospace and defense and consumer packaged goods (CPG) organizations. Jay has over two decades of strategic business and technology leadership within the office of the chief information officer/chief technology officer at market leading organizations where he has helped chart the course of digital business transformations. His experience in key business-IT capabilities include executive governance constructs, technology strategy and portfolio management, cost optimization, shared services, sourcing strategy, organizational behavior and structures, digital strategy and enterprise architecture.
