Transforming Your Vendor Relationships into Partnerships
How do you create a relationship with your vendor that transforms them from thinking of you as just a client or a number to that of a strategic partner? It’s a two-way street, and we will discuss what you need to accomplish that shift – proper resources, support personnel, executive representation, functional systems, and the right contract and business terms. We will provide an update on the Core provider market and the success we have seen in building out this type of mutually rewarding partnership.
