Scott Chaston

Executive Vise President, Chaston Associates, Inc.

Scott is the Executive Vice President of Chaston Associates and has been with the firm in various roles for thirteen years. In addition to managing their team of SVPs, Scott handles client engagements with commercial portfolios ranging in size from $300 million to over $6 billion. Scott's clients consist of institutions in the Greater Boston area, Rhode Island and New York. Scott conducts regular meetings with Team Leaders to compile industry observations and discuss how clients adapt to changes in the regulatory landscape. His responsibilities also include creating stress test models and interpreting concentration data for their clients.

Debra Minor

Senior Vice President, Chaston Associates, Inc.

Deb is a Senior Vice President with over 30 years in banking and over 3 years as a Team Leader at Chaston Associates. She manages mid-sized and large community bank engagements specializing in C&I and CRE portfolios. Deb also oversees a number of administrative responsibilities at Chaston that keep her well-informed on the regulatory environment. With a background that extends to managing a commercial portfolio in Western Massachusetts, she brings a unique perspective to clients in both downtown Boston and in more remote areas of New England.
