Ryan Gilpin provides consultation services to a variety of public and private entities through comprehensive assessments of organizations and business processes, as well as the execution of recommended outcomes, including software selections, implementations, and general advisory. Ryan has broad experience servicing clients across a large breadth of RSM’s core industries, focusing on Financial Institutions, with a holistic process first, technology second approach to automation strategy.

In his current role, Ryan architects and delivers automation solutions for clients with the objective of driving efficiency and business value gain, minimizing non-value-added activities, increasing compliance, and improving employee morale. Ryan conducts comprehensive business process reviews to assess applicable focus areas for fit, value, and simplicity, and determine the best-fit solution to address our clients’ automation needs. Ryan is one of the identified leaders in the Intelligent Automation group, working with a variety of technologies such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Digital Process Automation (DPA), and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
