Director, Relationship Mgt & Implementation | IPG

Elise Kulak is the Director of Relationship Mgt and Implementation at Impact Performance Group, Inc. In this role, Elise works closely with key client contacts, facilitators, writers, and developers to create and implement customized training solutions for sales, service, leadership, and change management programs. Elise manages IPG’s implementation Team, often serving as the lead facilitator and presenter for IPG’s largest client engagements and workshop experiences.

Prior to joining IPG, Elise gained experience in sales and team management and coaching while operating her own sales franchise and then moving on to lead operations for an event management company where she helped to grow the business into a multi-million-dollar organization. With this experience and her tight ties to IPG’s cutting-edge research and development team, Elise brings expertise in negotiation, communication, relationship management, and implementation strategies to the organization. An expert in both in-person and virtual facilitation, Elise complements IPG’s industry-leading content with her strong energy and enthusiasm.
