Join us for Past President's night! This event will feature a night of networking and great discussion surrounding the world of leadership styles and how to harness them to unlock intrinsic motivation, fostering faster results and a healthier team culture.

By exploring key concepts from Self-Determination Theory, participants will gain insights into how autonomy, competence and relatedness influence motivation. The session will also cover the importance of Emotional Intelligence in leadership, helping leaders understand and manage emotions to build stronger connections and more productive outcomes. Drawing from Lewin’s Leadership Styles, we will discuss how different leadership approaches can be strategically applied to empower teams. Through research-backed strategies and real-world applications, whether leading through title or influence, participants will gain awareness of how to align their leadership style with the unique needs of their team members, resulting in enhanced performance, deeper engagement and a more collaborative workplace culture.

A substitution from your institution is welcome at any time. FMS reserves the right to change instructors or reschedule/cancel sessions when necessary.
