Remedy Consulting advises community financial institutions (FIs) on Technology Contract Negotiation, Technology System Assessments & Project Management Services, Technology Contract Terms & Conditions Improvements, and Technology Strategy. Rich's goal is to educate potential clients on the strategic and financial impact Remedy creates. Prior to Remedy, he worked in various sales and consulting roles within the Finance industry. During that time, he focused on human capital management at ADP, financial planning with Empower Retirement, mortgage with Wells Fargo, and sales consulting with smaller firms. Rich enjoys networking and finding successful solutions for involved parties.


Scott A. Brown, Esq.

Scott has over 25 years of experience representing financial institutions on a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including managing numerous merger and acquisition transactions and corporate reorganizations. Mr. Brown has represented issuers and underwriters in initial and secondary public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities and assisted companies in their reporting and disclosure obligations under federal securities laws. Mr. Brown also routinely advises financial institutions with respect to various corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters, including regulations applicable to corporations, directors, officers and principal shareholders.
