The FMS Boston Chapter Officers are pleased to welcome Andrew Billeter, Audit Senior Manager Wolf & Company, P.C., and James Dowling, Vice President and Controller at Liberty Bay Credit Union, as incoming Secretary and Membership Officer, respectively.
